1.KVKK Privacy Notice

Data controller

Personal data processed and purposes

Parties to whom data is transferred

The sub-processors below are used to provide the service. During measurement, only the prompt texts you track are sent to AI providers; your account details are not sent.

Transfers abroad rely on your explicit consent / standard contractual clauses under Article 9 of the KVKK. Because no payment is taken online, no data is transferred to a payment institution; card details are not requested at any stage.

Retention periods

• Account, offer and invoice records: 10 years after the account is closed (Turkish Commercial Code and tax legislation)
• Measurement data and answer records: deleted within 30 days of the account being closed
• Session and security records: 12 months
• Marketing consent: deleted as soon as it is withdrawn

Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

You have the right to request information about your personal data, to learn whether it is processed, to request its correction, deletion or anonymisation, to object to processing and to claim compensation for damage.

In line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, you can send your requests in writing to our address above, with a secure electronic or mobile signature, or from the email address registered in our system to geometrics@accurate.com.tr. Applications are answered within 30 days at the latest. In your panel you can download all of your data with Settings → Profile → Export My Data and delete your account with Delete my account.

2.Privacy Policy

Where your data is not used

This section is a commitment:

• Your brand, competitor and prompt data is not shared with other customers.
• Your data is not used to train AI models.
• Your data is not sold to third parties and is not used for advertising.
• No advertising is shown in the panel.

Security measures

• All connections are encrypted with TLS.
• The database is kept encrypted on disk.
• Passwords are stored as one-way hashes (scrypt).
• Session cookies are set as httpOnly and secure.
• Rate limits apply to the sign-in, sign-up and measurement endpoints.
• Each organisation sees only its own data; authorisation is verified on the server for every request.

What is sent to AI providers

The only thing sent to providers during measurement is the prompt text you track (for example “best digital agency istanbul”). Your account details, your email, your other brands and your client list are not sent. Under the providers’ API terms of use, these requests are made through business endpoints that are not used for model training.

If you connect your Google account

To use the Traffic and Search screens in the panel you can connect your own Google account. The connection is optional and is established with the consent you give on Google's consent screen.

• Only read access is requested: viewing your Google Analytics data and viewing your Search Console data. The email address of your Google account is also received so that we can show you which account is connected. We cannot change or delete any of your data.
• What it is used for: only to show, in your own panel, the visits coming from AI tools and how you appear in Google Search. It is not used for any other purpose.
• Storage: your Analytics and Search Console data is not stored on our servers; it is read from Google each time you open the screen. The only thing stored is the key Google issues for the connection; it is kept encrypted.
• Sharing: this data is not transferred to third parties, not sold, not used for advertising, not sent to AI providers and not used to train AI models.
• Disconnecting: you can remove the connection at any time from the panel (Traffic or Search screen → Disconnect) or from the third-party access page of your Google account. When the connection is removed or your account is deleted, the stored key is deleted.

GEOMETRICS's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3.Terms of Use

Description of the service

GEOMETRICS is a software service (SaaS) that measures your brand’s visibility in AI search engines and offers suggestions for improvement.

User obligations

• You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential.
• You declare that you are authorised for the brands and domains you track.
• Overloading the service with automated tools, reverse engineering it, or opening multiple accounts to get around plan limits is prohibited.
• You are responsible for making sure the content suggestions generated comply with copyright and trademark rights.

Plans, limits and service interruptions

Plans and prices are not sold online; they are agreed with our team by email or phone (see the Sales and Payment Terms). Each plan includes a set number of prompts, competitors, brands and monthly audits. The limits can be seen in the panel under Settings → Plan. Outages at AI providers, quota overruns or API changes may temporarily stop measurement; these situations are shown clearly in the panel and are not considered a fault of GEOMETRICS.

Termination

You can end the service at any time: writing to us by email or deleting your account from the panel is enough (see the Cancellation and Refund Terms). GEOMETRICS reserves the right to suspend the account if these terms are breached; in that case no refund is made.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction over disputes. For users acting as consumers, the right to apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees is reserved.

4.Sales and Payment Terms

Seller details

How sales work

GEOMETRICS plans are not sold online through the website or the panel. The plan and the price are agreed with our team one to one, by email or phone, according to your needs, and are sent to you as a written offer. Once you accept the offer in writing (by email), your account is switched to the agreed plan.

Plans and pricing

• There are three plans: Starter, Growth and Business. The scope and limits of each plan are listed in the panel under Settings → Plan.
• Prices are not published on the website or in the panel. The price, the period and any special terms are stated in the offer sent to you.

Payment and invoicing

• No payment is taken by credit card or any other online method on the website or in the panel. Card details are not requested, processed or stored.
• Payment is made by bank transfer (havale / EFT) against the invoice issued, for the amount and by the due date stated in the offer.
• The invoice is issued according to the invoicing details you provide and is sent by email.
• There is no automatic collection or automatic charging.

Start, duration and renewal of the service

The service starts when your account is switched to the relevant plan after the offer has been accepted. Measurement results become available once the first analysis has completed. The service period and the renewal terms are stated in the offer.

Who the service is sold to

GEOMETRICS is a service for businesses acting for commercial or professional purposes. The rights of persons acting as consumers under the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the related legislation are reserved.

5.Cancellation and Refund Terms

Refunds

The service starts when the offer has been accepted and your account has been switched to the plan. Once the service has started, no refund is made.

Cancellation and plan changes

• You can end the service at any time: writing to us by email or deleting your account from the panel (Settings → Profile) is enough.
• On cancellation no partial refund is made for the current period; your access continues until the end of the period.
• Moving to a higher plan is arranged with our team; the price difference is stated in the offer sent to you.
• When you move to a lower plan from the panel, the change takes effect immediately; contact us about the price for the following period.

6.Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

This section applies where the customer is the data controller and GEOMETRICS is the data processor. If you manage your own clients’ brands in your account and process their data, you are the data controller towards them.

Subject and duration of processing

GEOMETRICS carries out only the processing necessary to provide the service and does not go beyond the customer’s written instructions. Processing continues for the duration of the service, and when the agreement ends the data is deleted within 30 days or returned on request.

Obligations of GEOMETRICS

• To process the data only in line with instructions
• To limit access to staff who need it for their duties and bind them to confidentiality
• To take appropriate technical and organisational measures (see Privacy Policy)
• To give 30 days’ notice of sub-processor changes and grant a right to object
• To notify a data breach within 72 hours of detecting it
• To assist the customer in responding to data subject requests
• To respond to annual audit and information requests

7.Cookie Policy

GEOMETRICS uses the minimum number of cookies needed for it to work. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.

Essential cookies are required for the service to work, and you cannot sign in when they are disabled. You can delete all cookies from your browser settings.

Your interface language preference is kept not in a cookie but in your browser's local storage (yanki_lang); it is not sent to the server and is deleted when you clear your browser data.
